"You’re so skinny!"

I heard this no less than four times today. And I guess it’s not a surprise when you walk into your old catering company after not having been there in six months and almost everything about you is entirely new. Not only your body, but your confidence level showing through the way you hold yourself.

I walked into my old job (which I was let go from) with my head high; a cool, composed demeanor; and 25lbs lighter than when I was last there. Since losing the weight, I never saw how I had 25 more pounds on me. But I’m really bad when it comes to that kind of visualization. Others, it seems, are not, as four different people took notice.

It makes me so happy to have had this validation. It’s hard for me to keep myself up and realize what changes I’m making, but to hear it come from people I haven’t seen in months, who don’t know that I’ve attempted to make changes, that’s all the convincing I need to know that I need to stick with this.

I love Autumn Calabrese. I love 21-Day Fix. And I love that it works. So much so, I want you to try it too. I want everyone I come across to try it. I’ve found the secret to weight loss, and I want to give it to you. Please, take it from me. Please learn how to lose weight in a HEALTHY way, doing it while still being able to eat the foods you LOVE (chocolate, burgers, pizza, etc.), and do it all in just THREE short weeks. Today was my second payout from BeachBody for my assistance in helping others change their lives, better their health, and overall, be happier.

And I could not be happier.

Tasty Tuesday:
okay, I have a confession to make: I absolutely LOVE stuffed peppers. To the point that I could stuff myself with them :D okay, I rolled my eyes at that too. But really, SO. MUCH. NOMS. And with each recipe I find that is 21-Day Fix approved, I mentally thank Autumn Calabrese for creating an eating plan that includes all my favorite foods (and yes, that includes pizza and burgers). I feel so bad for those people that try to make drastic changes to their diets by cutting out carbs or dangerously limiting their calories, and then they don’t even see any positive changes. I’m so happy I brought 21-Day Fix into my life, and even if I won’t be doing the work-outs everyday of my life, I’m always going to stick to the eating plan. Autumn has taught me how to eat pizza, burgers, steak, chocolate and still keep a healthy diet and fit body.
And without further ado, here’s the recipe for one of my favorite (fix-approved) meals:Ingredients:-your choice color pepper-brown rice-ground lean meat (turkey, beef, etc.)-black beans-diced tomatoes-tomato sauce-corn-your choice of cheese
Directions:1. Cook brown rice according to directions 2. While rice is simmering, brown ground meat and season to your preference. Set aside to cool. 3. Drain and rinse black beans.  4. Portion out diced tomatoes, corn, and tomato sauce, and cheese. 5. Combine in large bowl meat, tomatoes, corn, rice, beans, and sauce. 6. Cut caps off of peppers and pull out ribs and core. Rinse excess seeds out. 7. Stuff peppers with filling. 8. Sprinkle with cheese. 9. Bake at 375 Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes, depending on the strength of your oven. Cheese should be melted and filling should be heated all the way through.ENJOY! Let me know how this works out for you if you decide to make it. I’ve been on Shakeology since March of this year, and I can’t stress enough how much I love it; its convenience, its taste, its NUTRITION! It would take me months, and a severe amount of patience I do not have, to find all its nutritious ingredients, and I certainly wouldn’t be able to find it for $4 a day. It’s incredible how healthy and TASTY Shakeology is. Nearly unbelievable. Which is why there’s, understandably, some hesitation. I cannot find the words to express how happy I am about this. I’m so passionate about 21-Day Fix because it’s not about doing three million crunches to get abs (and then not getting them because that doesn’t work) or 500 squats a day to get a thigh gap (because that’s not how that works), but about the way you eat.
